This app needs more work I tried using it to checkin but the app was not able to locate my reservation I checked several times to make sure the information I was entering was correct In the end I checkedin using the airlines site Couldnt make it work
This was my flight coming from Hong Kong They have the worst customer service We got delayed for almost 3hrs and not even a bottle of water for all the angry passengers So unprofessional if I didnt ask them how long we all had to wait until they finish with all the checks and refueling the passengers wont find out after an hour of clueless waiting Please if you are trying to save some money flying with Cebu Pacific I urge you it aint worth it No quality at all Filipino Time Indeed

The app is neat and works fast You can do booking and check in right within the app One area of improvement though will be the addition of an area where you can see the currently checked in flight aside from just saving it to camera roll It would be better if this will be the only app needed while inside the airport Better yet Passbook integration would be much appreciated Fast apphas a lot of few areas to improve

This app will change your flight dates after you input your payment information and you will have to pay over 1500 PHP to get CEBU to change your flight to the original date you selectedthis happen to my two out of the four time I use this app Flight date change after payment
The developer missed the boat in not implementing the CEB membership username logins User purchase history will be lost plus the company is missing out in using valuable browsing behaviour of all users for business analytics No user login

Autocorrect will mess up your itinerary If you enter Smi and autocorrect sees that you want to type Smith and corrects it the booking will only read Smi Dont use this in any time zone other than the Philippines since I used it in Hawaii and my dates were 1 day off what I selected Customer service is AWEFUL and wanted to charge me over 1100 to change a ticket that cost 488 originally I will have to dispute the charges with my credit card company as their phone support was rude and unhelpful Major flaws

Good start Needs 1 User can Login as Cebu Pacific has on their website so saved flyer info autofills 2 When searching flights that it ALSO shows flight prices for dates close to what the user indicated as Cebu Pacific has on their website 3 That we can pay using PayPal too as Cebu Pacific has on their website Please ASAP add above Needs simple fixes
CebuPac adds a surcharge when you book through the app A flight I tried to book was a 1000 pesos more than when booked though their website Same flight same date same time Sneaky way to do a business CP Be very careful
Aside from the other comments for the improvement of the app it would be practical to have a GetGo login integration so that other bookings can be seen And for security reasons kindly add OTP redirection to credit card payments Fast But Needs Improvements
