I love the way everything is so easy to access Its not confusing to navigate Super user friendly I am on this App so much because it is so convenient to read my favorite books all in one place Best App ever D                 User Friendly

This app is nice but difficult to navigate sometimes If you accidentally slide the wrong way it is impossible to get back to the furthest read point so you have to click through a ton of pages to try and find your place Annoying           Okay

Its a great opportunity to be able to increase our spirit on the go I couldnt figure out how to get rid of a highlighting mistake Ive made              Wonderful app

I love the content you can get on this app but the app is still awkward to use not user friendly For instance I am reading Jesus the Christ and I have to tap or swipe to go to the next page instead of scrolling if I want to mark something that straddles pages good luck           Content great Usability awkward

I like the ability to share parts of books I read to social media with great graphic enhancements but I find myself needing to delete the app and reinstall due to glitches Needs a patch           Good but needs bug fixes

This app is troublesome and difficult to use when downloading new purchases from the online bookstore        Trouble downloading new books

My husband and I love the daily thought and wait for the ding that announces it has arrived I love the books but after I ordered Fixing Broken Things by Jeffery Holland I could not get back into it so I had to download the app again but after I did that everything worked fine again I love the free audio book by Truman Madsen Im so happy to have these wonderful books and thoughts at my fingertips                 Love This App

I love the app I was especially excited to read elder bednars book increase in learning However as others have also commented I can only use it a few times before it starts crashing and sending me back to the iPhone home screen I cant ever get back in unless I delete and download it again When I do it works a few times and then starts crashing again Please fix this issue I love the app and want to use it        Please fix this app

I only have one issue with this app I have purchased other books off of Facebook and cant get them to come up on the book shelf It is a bit frustrating Other than that Im enjoying the app           Good app

I love Deseret Book and the app the problem is buying ebooks You get on the App select a book and even though you are in the app it says you must have an account and must log in So you log in then you have to select billing and shipping address You check the box to make this info the default and to always use these settings Understand this is through the app to buy ebooks Yo do not need shipping address Then you purchase the book find another one to buy and it doesnt remember that you just logged in and set the default address You have to go through the login address selection billing options then back to the beginning to go through the purchase of the book Sometimes I go through all this and it tells me me I already have the book This is common with the free ones I often forget I got that one already I often will not buy new books I want because it is too much trouble I called support and they told me to use a different browser I cannot This is a tablet or phone You do not have browser options on phones I would also love to see the option to play all my audio books I purchased on this App I buy a lot of audio books or audio talks It would be nice to listen to them through the app If they can fix this buying frustration issue I will change my rating to 5 stars           Would change rating to 5 stars if only they could fix buying issues

This would be a decent app if I didnt have to reinstall it every few months It would be an excellent app if I could get it to sync properly with all my devices        Needs improvement

For the last couple updates I still cant properly update a bookmark Creating new ones works great but I should be able to update a current bookmark to say the next chapter This is especially bad when in scroll view However bookmark updating aside the app is much better with the newer design I just hope the app gets more developers and time so that it can really become great           Please fix bookmarks

Constantly crashes I have forgot how many times Ive had to delete it and reinstall for it to work In the middle of listening to a book it constantly looses its place if you do anything else with your phone     Worst app on my phone

Crashing all the time but I love this app My only wish is that it be available for Kindle eReaders Yup And it used to do funny things with bookmarks but that seems to have got sorted now              Almost 5 stars

The scroll is not as smooth as my Kindle app and the book mark is slow to respond when I am done and want to finish reading and mark my place But I am very happy to have this app I loved getting the free books also Purchasing from this app should have a password protection I ordered something before I was really ready to You should have to input your password first and also be able to apply coupons and gift cards etc but overall I love the vintage icon and use this app everyday to read a spiritual chapter I love the links directly to the DC with a pop up window in the commentary I am reading so I can easily refer to the section as I am reading the commentary                 Like it

The app consistently gets into a state where it crashes on launch I can reinstall but that doesnt always improve the situation and US Very frustrating I like the app when it works but on iPhone that has become a rare circumstance I prepared a talk recently thinking I could use the app for a quote Ouch        Crashes on iPhone

Ive been using this app for a long time that is when it works SO many times youll go into the app and it starts up and immediately takes you back to the home screen where you can select apps If I double tap the center button to see running background apps it shows its running but if I try to select it there it looks like its trying to connect again and takes me right back to the home app selection screen In past versions I could reset my phone power center button and it would take care of it which was such a pain but at least it worked but now it doesnt work at all When it does work I like all the quotes and audio they do need to add a store feature where you buy right from the app and not a browser Also when you click app support there is none it just tells you about this app Uninstalling and reinstalling is my only option now They need to really fix this once and for all and I hope they read this so they can fix it It has great potential it just needs a major fix to start with and then refinements will make it good     Unstable App with potential if they wold finally fix it

Enjoy having a book in my pocket all the time                 Use this app often

Aug 12 15 I just love this app All my favorite Church readings are here I love the quotes as inspiration for the day And its so convenient that I can purchase a book or other literature at Deseretcom and it automatically downloads to Deseret Bookshelf And once downloaded I can read offline especially good while traveling Scriptures music Church class manuals plus my favorite books are ready for me              Love this so helpful in organizing my Church literature

I enjoy getting the inspiration each day Makes me smile and often is just what I need for a boost With all the things out there it is great to have an uplifting app out there Thanks                 Love it

Since I last updated the app it crashes as soon as I open it The Library screen will show for a few moments while it is frozen then it crashes Currently useless but otherwise a great app when it works     Latest Update Crashes

Having to go thru a sync operation each time is annoying and just plain old fashioned Book mark updating stinks     I love reading good books But this app needs work

I would have rather provided this feedback directly to the developer but there is no way to contact them from the developers website which is another but separate issue I love this app when it works especially the audio books but the app keeps crashing I have to delete the app and reinstall it and download my content again to get it to work for a while anyway before it crashes Once it crashes it crashes every time the app is opened Its a time consuming process that should have been spent enjoying the content Given that I paid for my content it is borderline fraudulent to make it accessible only with an app the doesnt work I hope DB is working to fix this frustrating stability problem If they do Ill update my review accordingly     Great when it works but unstable
