Cant beat this free app Converts from Excel spreadsheet You really dont need office when you got Google drive                 Love

Sheets app has been improved So easy to use on mobile devices just tap edit and check I like the check marks to finish the edit                 Better than expected

Every time I try to launch a sheet with multiple sheets it crashes I never had any problems until the latest update     Loading crash

For most of my needs Google Sheets works better than MS Word simply because its easier to share and open source I can collaborate There are some things that work on Excel that have scripts and complex formulas but other than that the integration with other Google products is excellent                 Great fast edit application

Sheets for the IPad keep getting better and better If you not tried them yet you should           Getting better

Missing a few features thatd be nice like a way to move selected cells but I mean it is through touch based interaction so cant complain too much The ability to share and edit permissions from the app is incredibly convenient              Best way to do group spreadsheets from iPhone

App crashes every time with the new update for iPhone 6 Documents are not accessible now Definitely a downgrade rather than an update Pass on the update till they fix issues     Do Not Update

Since iOS 9 download many coworkers had Sheets crash when launched from Google drive on iPhone Mine was still working but since the update released today mine now crashes and theirs still do too Please please please fix this issue Sheetsdrive are essential to our work     New update crashes sheets

but now it crashes every time I open my most important sheet Others opened okay but as of yesterday and 1min ago the one I care about opening always crashes the app     Used to love Google Sheets

Two or three updates ago Google inexplicably broke this app such that 1 you cant use the green handle on a selected cell to copy down formulae quickly and 2 the app doesnt automatically return you to the last viewing location on a sheet when you access it again ie imagine scrolling to the bottom of a sheet with a thousand rows every time you pull it up Why would you do this Google Why     I just dont get it

The past four versions of this app have not even been remotely functional If it doesnt crash right away when opened it crashes as soon as you try and do anything At this point Im beginning to wonder if Google can even write a functioning app     Somehow they made it worse

Pros Speed Basic Commenting Improved Chat Can now Find and Replace Cons Lacks QuipMoxtraTrello collaborative focus Missing notification option for collaborators Google had such a strong lead in online collaboration Its surprising that Moxtra Trello and Quip came into the cloud doc space so strongly Apples own iWork iCloud offerings now offer simultaneous editing with their apps Whoever signed off on neglecting collaboration in Drive at Google should get demoted and the guys who advocated for QuipMoxtraTrello solutions should get promoted There has been a recent push to improve this product but the downloads and rise of Moxtra Trello and Quip need to be regarded as votes against those in Google Drive division that neglected collaboration People need to discuss documents When people accept a Google doc invite they should have a window that allows them to customize their notification options The key is to have the defaults notification set to offer a daily summary of changes by others to their google drive files Otherwise its hard to know if someone has made a change without putting them to the additional burden of sending you an email with every change If you want to monitor a document more closely you should have the option to have the app notify you of every change If there is sufficient demand maybe additional notifications and options beyond that can be offered Collaboration and group sourcing is no longer a nice feature it is an essential requirement to stay competitive              Collaborative features are falling behind

No seriously Sorry for being so late to the party but I recently started playing with the functions this program desktop and mobile has to offer and I am seriously addicted Im making spreadsheets for everything order forms logs money management you name it My favorite part has to be the compatibility with Google Forms This is my main way to enter information I make the form and hook it up with the spreadsheet I want to and Bam I have a bookmark to my form so I can fill it out on my device and then shift to the sheets app to view how my progress is going Probably my favorite part is the importrange function As far as I know they are the only ones to be able to take data from one spreadsheet and put it on anotherhow cool is that From the guy who fell in love with this game I have a few requests make your gauge chart compatible so I can see my information in the gauge layout and add multitasking to all of your apps Keep up the excellent work                 Better Than a Game

Our family was heavily impacted by the Valley Fire in Lake County CA Google Sheets was how we catalogued the loss of our home contents by family members literally scattered around the world I dont know how much time we saved vs emailing excel spreadsheets back and forth but the pace of our work was impressive Thanks Google for a great tool                 Invaluable
