Would be really nice if you guys could optimize the app for iPhone 6 and 6 plus been waiting for a while           Optimization

developers please add passbook support it allows users to store coupons boarding passes event tickets store cards credit cards as well as debit cards via Apple Pay It is all so convenient to just have all membership cards and coupons in just one place Youll be doing yourselves a huge favor by embracing it it is the future and I am so excited           Passbook support

Ive deleted this app in the past probably 4 times I never got it to scan for a price but maybe one time that worked The bar code just stays blurred and never reads the darn thing So deleting again Wont put back on phone this time They cant get it right     Dont Bother With This App

Why cant I type my receipts into my lowes to show past prices purchases Another thing is why dont you guys sent out off cards in the mail Some people spend a lot of money with no benefit           In store purchase add to my lowes

Please bring your app into the 21st Century and update it for the iPhone 6 Plus resolution Also general browsing tweaks and overall speed improvements could be done Take note on Home Depots app as far as in store browsinglocation of items is supposed to work     Optimize resolution

Your app does not recognize previously bought plants I cant keep a record of them I forgot to use my card with them and the receipts are unreadable You should make an app devoted to the plants you sell all year and not just seasonal selections I also tried looking the plants via their code and nothing I understand you can find them online but It would be more useful In app Help me out           Unhappy plant buyer

Overall the app is decent I use it regularly to locate items in store so I dont have to hunt down an employee The main feature I wish it had was the ability to add the Lowes gift cards that I receive to the app and have them show up in Passbook I believe the Home Depot app does this and it would be very convenient The passbook integration with the My Lowes Card is worthless to me since I dont even have one or want it           Decent but needs improvement

App cant find products I search for even with exact spelling or product model number Never did show locations of products in store correctly or correct inventory Cant find its own stores by location What good is that Home Depot app is far superior to Lowes I have simply stopped shopping at Lowes     Worthless App and Terrible Stores

I search for capacitor specific item and it gives me matches for capacity as in the zillions of highcapacitywhatever items Search is paramount Im shopping As in searching for an item I want to give you my money for that item If I cant find that item in your app I close the app and I open Home Depots app There I find my item So I gladly give my money to Home Depot instead Get a clue and fire your offshore app developers     Poor

Touch ID option does not work at all on either of my devices Was working before this update     Good App Still Buggy

Search is terrible I often cant find a product which I know you have Your search changes my word and doesnt let me put in quotes to stop it And filter is terrible as well I cant express how much I hate it Ive had app for years and its always been terrible When oh when will you decide to fix it Home Depots app is great Its further away but Id rather drive to HD than deal with your mess Thanks for adding Touch ID while not fixing the 100s of other issues     Exceptionally terrible

App is decent on iPhone but no support for iPad Disappointing        No iPad version really

Why bother I type in IRIS then click on home security and now Ive got toilet seats light fixtures knobs and oh yeah some iris products When are you going to fix the search engine     Useless

Ive tried to use the app over and over again and Ive been frustrated every time I have often looked items up to quickly find the in the store but each time when I go to the row and slot listed on the app low and behold the item isnt there It doesnt bring confidence when I find someone to help and I hear that they have seen this with the app before I have also noticed price differences between the stores even when they are 10 miles away from each other Its frustrating that Lowes would set prices that way I cant speak to any of their competitors doing this but would not be surprised I have had an order lost in the system I have an order screen shot and have spent time asking where my order is because you know they charged my credit card It was only after I called my card company to dispute the charge it all of a sudden turned up A quick scan of the Home Depot app makes me think Im switching to their stores even though its further away     Lowes never stop disappointing

Seems to work fine for us Used the app lately since we bought a house Needs some improvement but its not terrible              Works

I love this app it works perfect for me helps me find what Im looking for normally faster than the employees and I love the lists and scan function I use that to plan out projects with costs and makes sure I pick up what I need when Im there only reason 4 instead of 5 stars I cant do product reviews from the app              Works great for me

Not as many bells and whistles as some apps but seems to work It found my store first try and correctly located two items in the store              Seems to work

I tried the new feature of signing in and managing my credit card Sign it will not work The other issue with this app is you have to know exactly what that part name is for what you are looking for No hints or no way to show you and guess what it is you are looking for For some reason the Home Depot one works better in that regards but I still like shopping here as they appear to have better products than HD Hope the app gets better     Complete junk

Just saw that they fixed a problem where local inventory wasnt showing up properly Boy thats too bad Im sure they lost a lot of business from me and others as I make a decision on where Im gonna buy from this app and another orange app Ouch Also search engine is horrid on this app        Could Be Much More

I downloaded it to quickly find something in my local store The item wasnt where the app said it was so the app is rather pointless if something is moved elsewhere and the apps info isnt updated Also the price listed was incorrect I had to ask a sales person anyway which was the whole point of downloading the app        Kinda useless

Entered the Lowes store Saw the app advertised on a sign Downloaded the app Started the app to look for something App wanted access to my location all the time Said no Couldnt do anything with the app Went back to Location Services said yes Found the store I was in Tried to search for product It wanted me to create a login Deleted the app Seriously my experience with the app lasted less than a minute and a half The only reason it got two stars is that it didnt crash on me        The Lifecycle

Its a great app if you are trying to find something in the store however to place an order and complete the purchase it FAILS GREATLY theres a huge glitch when it comes to credit card information especially using the Lowes consumer card If you have an app why not make it function to its full potential So when you call the number that they give you instead of trying to slove the problem they want to take your order over the phone How is that at saving money or be more convenient I have to go through all the item numbers again The problem is that this is been going on for over two years ever since I started using the app     Too many glitches

So difficult to find shopping options I dont want your store maps or something like that     Worst shopping app ever

Advertised you can find an item and it wasnt even a possibility Come on Lowes You do a lot right Dont put out an app you advertise will help already frustrated customers who take the time to download it that doesnt work AT ALL     Horrific dont waste your time

Despite what everyone is complaining about below the app found my closet store via GPS just fine The font size is the proper size and the search and its options work great Either people have an older phone or do not have their setting set up correctly I found no issues with the app              Works fine

Besides my Dunkin Donuts appl I use myLowes all the time I especially love that I do not have to carry my receipts to see previous purchases or have them for returns                 I love myLowe

While in store I like to use the scan feature to check prices This app is tied to online sales so it often will tell you the item is not on line despite the fact it picks up that you are in the store Sorry Lowes but you might want to checkout the Home Depot app to see how a useful in store app should work Walmart has a nice useful app too This is not ready for prime time unless you are using it to shop online In store it isnt much more help than the store map located in aisle one You could ask an associate for assistance unless you are in the store on a weekday before 10am Good luck finding help then     Poorly thrown together with not much practical use

One of the worst brick and mortar store apps I have had the displeasure of trying to use It needs a lot of work Never reliable Can never guess what it will do incorrectly next Frustrating to use     Horrible app

This app works great I have no problems for searching for products I dont have any screen resolution problems either so those having problems with this app then delete it from your phone This is a great app it works fine for iPhone 6plus which I have an iPhone 6 plus so I dont understand the problems that these other people are having Do they need a passifier Sound like a bunch of cry babies that want attention              A great app

Cant use the app because neither the use current location or manual zip code option are workingno location no app use Got sick of the website and its technical difficulties so I thought Id try the applooks like it doesnt work either I know lowes isnt a tech company but if they are going to have a website and or app they should function     Wish I could give negative stars

Overall the app is great but i use this app for videos from Lowes but from last 2 months the videos are not working I would love to watch the diy videos straight from app        Does not play videos

Im wondering why iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus screen resolutions still arent implemented when this update is providing support for iOS 9 BETA users The iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus have been out longer than iOS9 Home Depot managed to it fairly quickly but not Lowes        iPhone 6 before iOS9

For that reason alone you guys get a negative review Once its gets fixed i will change my rating How hard is it to fix the screen resolution for the 66 Smh        Decent app but still no native res for larger phones
