I absolutely hate the rules for posting photos I tried to thank my followers for getting me to a certain goal and my whole post got deleted I think that s ridiculous because I wasn t bragging or anything Also when I tried to post that a famous makeup artist noticed me my post got deleted and I got a strike The person who noticed me has millions of followers so it s not like I m shouting them out The rules make me mad but other than that I love the app I also wish we could level up a little easier Sometimes I check the app everyday for like two weeks and my level bar would not go up             I hate the rules Lynseyyy21

The actual functionality design and purpose of the app is wonderful however the main leader Berber Beauty is a completely rude and horrendous person She makes being a part of this community extremely difficult and unpleasant         The App Leader is a Disgusting Dictator Savage Panda

I have been using this app for a little over a year now and I love it Well loved it at least Now the curation team people who promote posts to the featured feed aren t promoting anything anymore The same featured posts have been up for about a month now with nothing new and it is honestly bringing the community down They need a new curation team to bring the community back up A lot of people have stopped using it for this reason             Good but NEEDS NEW LEADERS SupernaturalDeansGirl67

This app has over 10 000 users makeup is a part of the world different cultures art and history and a part of many people s daily lives Beauty remains a leading industry However there are few featured posts and not much traffic The Leader is awful She has a problem with questions and people who disagree with her not to mention that she constantly self promotes herself and rarely anyone else on the featured feed front page She is pretty and has great makeup blogs however being so interested in herself there isn t much diversity or ability to meet and connect with others who love makeup It seems to have featured posts revolving around primarily one person and half a dozen others when there are over 10 000 users on the site Even a dozen or so is a poor representation of the community In fact about half of my posts have been discouraged for not following biased arbitrary rules that do not oppose the actual written rules of the group or have been discouraged for having been done before what under the sun hasn t been done before or not makeup specific enough can t post a manicure because there is another amino for nails Seems a little ridiculous to me A lot of drama for posting beauty related posts on a MAKEUP COMMUNITY with as little traffic and content as the app gets you would think more posts would be acceptable and people would be encouraged to post They re looking for new curators and I hope with new blood there will be new things and variety to look at I ve met cool people on this app and see a lot of potential I m sticking it out in hopes it gets better and because of some of the fun looks and things I have seen on here That or I am hoping for another amino to pop up for Beauty in general The official makeup community on amino is the worst of the amino communities I joined and I have been in 50 communities I started my own community on Amino called Look for all beauty related content for a more inclusive and friendly community I am hoping there will be more diversity and fun to capture interest in Look Amino If you re unhappy with Makeup Amino too look up and join Look Thank you for taking time to read this     Not So Friendly Makeup Amino SusannahMK

I downloaded this app and at first I liked it but then did not like it because I kept getting striked my the same person over and over for NO REASON This app is really bad with some bad leaders PUT BETTER AND NICE LEADERS     SUPER BAD APP MAD LEADERS

So I ve had this app for quite sometime now and at first I loved it It s definitely a makeup community with people who love cosmetics But they have leaders in this app that are beyond terrible All the pictures I posted on the app were my own They were all mine I took them and posted them thinking I was gonna share the products I got love with the other people on the app But one of the leaders BEAUTYB striked my photo for No reason It was not in violation of any terms and it was MY OWN photo I will be deleting this app due to the HORRIBLE leaders on this app I m not gonna have them striking my photos for no reason what s the point of posting about makeup when your gonna get banned For no reason Get better leaders     HORRIBLE APP Layla;Star
