I had this app with my iPhone 4 but ever since I was told to make a username and password for the website online by a specific date I have been unable to do my banking with this app It makes me very upset Not only do I have to go in safari multiple times a daily to check things and transfer money it has a time limit so I cant go more than two minutes without re logging in I wish this was comparable with my new phone Not pleased and pisses
Since the last update Im unable to use the Mobile Deposit feature After I enter the amount the next icon doesnt change from grey and you arent able to select it Im using an iPhone 4s running OS8 Unable to mobile deposit
So I was kicked out of my account because I didnt create a new user name and password Call PSECU to get account unlocked The rep tells me I have to create the user name and password before I can log in Then delete the mobile app and download the new one Did all that and the mobile app still doesnt work Got locked out again Tried what steph said and it didnt work Frustrating

The fix I needed was to change my ID at the top of the login Then used my old familiar pin and presto Once I did that I finally got back my beloved app I wish PSECU would have alerted me to this potential aggravation Thank you Stef Thank you Stef

I love PSECU as a credit union But the app is worthless I have one loan open which I need to pay from my checking account through another bank PSECUs app doesnt have that feature So I can look at my balance but thats it I cant pay my loan unless Im on a real computer Useless
This app went from 5 stars to 1 It used to be great for depositing checks now it wont work at all the camera is just black at least on iPhone 4S This app was perfect now its horrible Camera doesnt work for depositing checks

The app has been fine for a while but somehow with the new update came a little creature telling you your passwordpin is wrong This happens all the time and I end up locked out of my account when I know my pin is right I have even been on the phone with psecu and asked her did the pin I gave you let you in she said yes so how is this app recognizing it as wrong Good luck logging in
Many many problems with this app Cant login doesnt even prompt me for Touch ID and the couple of times I could login my account information wouldnt even come up without refreshing the page by pulling it down Reinstalled the app many times and still had same problems I could have probably made a better app myself Doesnt Work at all

If youre having issues with the new User ID the mobile appyou must change your user id at the top of the log in The app didnt work for me at first because it still had my old username but once I changed it it did work Great App
I have never had any issues with this app I was able to do a mobile deposit with my checks have had no problems I have used this app on an iPhone 4s iPhone 5s I am using it with the latest iOS 8 My banking info on the app has always been up to date Works for me
This is the worst update ever I cant even use the app and Im now back to doing my banking on my desktop computer Im tired of constantly getting unlock codes and was told if I delete the app and reinstall it would actually work which it doesnt Maybe you should create a compatible app BEFORE making unnecessary switches Horrible update
This app is awesome and I love the touch Id addition However it seems to stop functioning after the initial login and you have to close the app out completely to get it to prompt again Great app needs touch support fixed
Ever since the new ID the app wont work and Im very frustrated I relied on the app daily FIX IT Horrible
make sure you change your previous ID to you new ID on the login screen The app keeps your member ID until you do this or it wont work App should work fine and just as before App after user ID change tip

Ever since I changed my log in to the recommended log in and password as opposed to the old account number and pin the app will not allow me to log in Like others I deleted the app and redownloaded No success Please fix this I used this app on a daily basis when it worked Not happy
I know Ive seen offline balances but its not in the app now Maybe if I have to log in with a password That seems to only come up if I havent used it for days No amount of fiddling brings the password prompt back up That options needs to be available in a smart place Watch

I love PSECUs mobile app Very easy to use I did have an issue once I created our new user ID I had deleted my app and reinstalled the app At first I wasnt able to login using the new ID What worked for me was deleting the app turning my iPhone off turned my iPhone back on reinstalled the app and was then able to use my new user ID News User Id
PSECU didnt tell you creating a user ID would invalidate their PSECU app nor did they tell you that you would need IO7 to use the new app Thanks PSECU you just shut me out of using your apps Thanks to you I can now squint try to negotiate my way around your full website on my IPhone Way to go Unable to Use

This worked fine Now horrible Login doesnt work right once I did coax it to login the buttons at the bottom and top didnt work right saying you have to be logged in Grrrrrrrrr Only able to look at 10 transactions at a time is a pain Would not allow me to set up a new user id which I didnt want to do anyway even when my user id met the criteria at the right is still said my user id did not meet the criteria Why did you break it

I use to love this app but when PSECU updated saying you needed a username instead of using your account number this app isnt compatible with it This app still insists that you type in your account number and since I upgraded to a username I can no longer use this app What a disappointment Update It
With the newest update the deposit function doesnt work No matter the lighting it says image to dark or image cant be cropped correctly It worked just fine before the update and you just screwed it up Newest update doesnt work
It used to be a treat to make a deposit and not worry about it getting lost in the mail now I cant even log in much less make a deposit without getting locked out of my acct This is the only time that PSECU has messed up and they dont have any answers because they werent given the information they needed horrible

The app was 5 stars before functional and well designed I use it at least a few times a week It looks like theyve completely redesigned it in this latest update and its buggy and the new design looks horrible There are seemingly no new features or performance enhancements so why did they try to fix what wasnt broken I wish I didnt have autoupdates turned on I wouldnt have updated after I saw the new version on my other device New design is awful
Worst update ever I am so disgusted by this update I was compelled to write my first ever app review Im unable to login despite my checking and rechecking that I am entering correct info After circling through all the security prompts Im in but now the menu bar along the bottom tells me I cannot access these features unless Im logged in Log out loginno access security prompts Im in CANNOT use this feature Unbelievable Fix this PSECU Your convenient app is anything but that Anything but convenient
