The RAM Toolbox is now available as a free download on Apple Store for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 11.6 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 2.0.8 has been released on 2014-11-18. This used to be a useful app I have been using it since I purchased my truck Now I can not use it because I am unable to add my 2011 Ram 2500 I would give it zero stars if I could Can not add my truck

Downloaded when I bought my 2013 last year Used the app for quick and simple reference to maintenance info fluid info and a few other bits Its more convenient than digging through the manual But this app needs desperately to be updated for the 14 model year While most has not changed there are a few new bits that need updating I like it But

This app used to contain all the maintenance intervals for my truck it was pretty close to a digital copy of my owners manual for my phone After the last update it is just an empty shell no information at all Worthless
I was able to download the content but once it was done it just shuts itself down I am not able to use it App shuts down on its own

Several issues First the app requires 100 manual input You would think once the VIN is input fields would populate Secondly if you load the app on your iphone and on your ipad each device contains data independent of the other Why doesnt the data sync once the user is logged in Why even bother having an account I could write the information this app contains on a piece of toilet paper and it would be as useful Oh dont bother calling the Help number within the app They have never heard of the App Oh well time to delete this useless tool And now it crashes every time it opens Minimal satisfaction

I try to log in and it goes to the Add a vehicle page When I put in my vin it closes This is worse This fix is worse
I recently bought a 2014 Ram 1500 and wanted to keep everything at my fingertips as to when oil needed to be changed and other things The motivation behind the app is great but the functionality is horrible I was able to choose the truck I have when I first opened the app and I was able to put in a name When I click on anything else the app crashes and takes me back to my phones home screen Id really love the app to work Maybe one day Great idea if it functioned properly
I have refreshed the app and restarted my phone but when I open up the app it says that if I dont see my vehicle to add it After I click Ok It brings me to a page where you add a vehicle So I type in the VIN and the nickname and submit it Then it quickly flashes a page saying null null null and then the app quickly crashes Please Fix Bad Update

When you choose the year 2012 Only options are 1500 and cab and chassis Not all models available
The app says it supports all RAM models beginning with 2011 but actually only shows the 1500 Crashes also Dont waste your time All RAM Models Nope
