I am a consultant and I love Arbonne This app is ok It s nice to be able to shop what I want and look up products for people without dealing with the mobile site But it does need work It wouldn t process my order so I had to go through and order on the mobile site If I want to search for two things in a row I have to refresh or it won t search the second time It also crashes whenever I try to open my rewards I also wish it was on android so I could have it on my tablet Other then that the app is great             Arbonne Consultant bbxrose

I love using this app with my customers But it needs to be updated in a really bad way Mainly the value packs                 Needs Update annah40

When I try to open the app it goes to a black screen for a minute or two before I can even go to the shopping screen After it finally goes to the main screen that s what it realizes that my session timed out and goes back to the login screen And you can t just log in easily using your fingerprint login or have your session remembered by the app you have to use your full login email and password every single time Once you get into the app it freezes quite frequently and is really hard to use This app needs some work             Needs work m.fountain

I m a consultant and I got the app downloaded but can t do anything with it The home screen will come up and for every single option the next page said something like no matches or something Very disappointed     Doesn t function correctly Dancemom818

March 6th The app won t recognize my username and password even if the website does March 15 The app still does not recognize my username and password I have erased the app and re added it to my phone I have signed into the website and it works there     UN and PW not recognized 0 stars CarlyCannon

Major problems with the app As a consultant I find it frustrating when I can t easily place an order or find an item The app is constantly freezing and closing out even after the latest update Hopefully this gets fixed             It s great when it works Rachelle1989
